1.      Introduction

This Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) governs both our products and (“services”), to users’ or Customer (“You”) and your use of the Good Herb websites and your use of any contents, product, and service, collectively, “Services”) made available via this Website.

These Terms constitute a contractual agreement between Good Herb and you, including ( Users, and Customers). Good Herb will be referred to within this document as (“we”, “our”, or “us” or “Good Herb”) and you within the document will be referred to as The User or (”the “Volounteer”). We reserve the right at all times to remove or modify any part of this Terms unilaterally. We shall notify you by e-mail or via the Service about the amended and restated Terms to ensure that you stay informed of any such amendments and restatements. Your use of the Service after the date of notification or the effective date of changes indicated in the notification shall mean your acceptance of the amended and restated Terms, unless you accepted them otherwise earlier.

2.      Signup Registration

To enjoy the full function of our service, you will be required to sign up for an account on the website and become a registered user, as part of the registration process, you will be mandated to submit certain personal information. Your privacy and personal information are important to us. So we provided a Privacy Policy which governs how we deal with your personal information. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand our privacy practices.

You are responsible for any activity that occurs with your account credentials so you are required to keep your account credential secure and out of reach from third-parties user.

3.      Products

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

4.      Orders

Please check your order carefully and correct any errors before you submit it to us if placing your order via our website. If you are placing your order via phone or email, please ensure that you check any product name spelling, all product are correct and all quantities are accurate.

  1. After you send your request and place your order, we will send you an acknowledgment email to let you know that we have received your request and order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted by us. Your order is an offer to buy products from us on these terms. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time in our own discretion.
  2. We will send you a shipping confirmation email to let you know once your order has been dispatched.
  3. If we do not accept your order, for example because we have been unable to pre- authorise the payment, the products are unavailable, you are under 18 or live outside of the UK, or there has been a mistake regarding the pricing or description of the products, we will contact you, using the details you provided when you placed your order. We have the right to reject any order for any reason.

If we are making any bespoke or custom products for you which are based on measurements or other information you provide to us, you are responsible for ensuring that the information is correct and accurate.

5.      Availability

We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the website. The products or services available on our website may be, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites. You expressly agree that any such offer of a product or service does not constitute a legal offer capable of attracting legal consequences.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, service descriptions, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. Section “Availability” is without prejudice to existing statutory rights.

6.      United Kingdom Law

At Good Herb, we hold NO responsibility of any repercussions of misuse, nor are we liable for the use of any of our products for illegal activities or manufacturer of illegal products.

Any persons under the age of 18 using our site will be instantly banned, I.P blocked, & as a deterrent will be reported to the I.A.P.I for underage internet misuse, It is a serious matter within the United Kingdom. All of our products are 100% certified Legal & compliant throughout the UK, Providing they are not misused or inaccurately marketed for such.

ALL PRODUCTS BROUGHT FROM GOOD HERB ARE STRICTLY INTENDED TO BE USED WITHIN THE LAW.

7.      Warranties

You represent and warrant that you have full right, power, and authority to enter into these Terms, and the execution, delivery, and performance of these Terms do not conflict with any other agreement to which You are a party or by which You are bound by applicable law. You further warrant: Your use of the service, and any communications arising out of your Donation, will comply with all applicable law, governing the marketing, promotion, and/or donation or services, including general consumer protection laws and regulations, or other laws that prohibit unfair, deceptive, or misleading acts or practices.

8.      Delivery

Good Herb is committed to providing good customer service, so therefore, we will deliver your order to the address specified by you when you placed your order. We only deliver during business days (that is a day, other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, on which clearing banks are open for non-automated commercial business in the City of London) between the

You are required to examine the products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and notify us of any fault or damage as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Once your order has been delivered to your address or in accordance with the delivery instructions you provided to us, the risk in the products passes to you and the goods are classed as having been ‘delivered’. This means that you are responsible for the products and we are not liable to you if the products are stolen or damaged after they have been delivered to you. This does not affect your legal rights if the products are faulty or damaged during transit.

9.      Refund Concerns

Please note that we do not offer a refund on orders that have no defects, or damage caused by the Customer after delivering. In the unlikely event where the product was delivered damage or broken, or does not match your order requirements, we will take responsibility, provide a refund according to our refund and return policy.

10.   Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

11. Children’s Privacy Policy

Good Herb respects the privacy of children, and we are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule. This site does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 18 without prior parental consent. However, we may provide our service to children under 18 years of age but under a parental guardian’s supervision.

12. General Provision

After properly registering for the Good Herb Service, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, fully revocable, non-assignable, non-transferable, limited right to use and access our services as permitted by us. As a user, you do not receive any ownership interest in the platform; you merely receive the right to use and access the Platform as provided by us. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved for Good Herb. You agree to abide by the following United Kingdom Law listed below:

  1. Severability. If any of the provisions or part of a provision of these Website Terms is judged to be illegal or unenforceable, the continuation in full force and effect of the remainder of the provisions or provision will not be prejudiced unless the substantive purpose of these Website Terms is then frustrated, in which case either party may terminate the Agreement forthwith on written notice.
  2. Take-Down Notices. If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe, in good faith, that any materials provided on Good Herb website infringe upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification by sending a message in writing to Good Herb designated copyright agent at hello@Goodherb.uk
  3. Waiver. No forbearance or delay by either party in enforcing its respective rights will prejudice or restrict the rights of that party, and no waiver of any such rights or of any breach of any contractual terms will be deemed to be a waiver of any other right or of any later breach.
  4. Governing law and jurisdiction. These Website Service (and accordingly all visits to the Website) and Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. This is without prejudice to the Good Herb right and that of its affiliates to commence proceedings anywhere in the world relating to the protection of its Intellectual Property Rights or those of its Licensors.

13. Termination

Good Herb reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate its Service to any User without warning and notice for violation or breach of any of the agreement in this Terms of Service.

14. Your feedback

Good Herb encourages you to share your reviews and feedback with us, and we promise to respect your feedback irrespective of the outcome, for it helps us improve on our services and make us serve you better. By submitting feedback, you are granting us an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully-paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense freely) to use, copy, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, syndicate, republish, excerpt (in whole or in part) and distribute feedback we receive from you for any purpose, including business, commercial, marketing, advertising, or otherwise.
