Refund and Returns Policy

1.      General Conditions

At Good Herb, we are incredibly passionate about what we do and we want to make your product return or refund as easy as possible. We provide a 30 days return or refund policy and our priority is to offer you the very best shopping experience. That’s why we guarantee the return of any orders that don’t meet your expectations.

Product Refund or return request must be mailed back to us within (30) days of the delivery of the product and confirmation from the customer. The item must be in the same condition it was before shipment to receive a refund. If 30 days have gone by since you received the package, unfortunately, Good Herb will not be able to offer you a refund.

Please note that any purchase made outside the Good Herb designated website should be returned to the original website of purchase and according to the site return policy. In simple terms; we will not accept returns for items not directly purchased from the Good Herb site.

2.      Return Conditions

As a Customer of the Good Herb site, you agree to apply for a refund only in the following circumstances:

  • If you are yet to receive your purchase Item, after the delivery window specified on your order page has passed;
  • You received a defective or a damaged item;
  • Item delivered does not match the agreed specification.
  • The item delivered is materially different from the description provided in the listing of the item;

Good Herb will review your Return Request on a case-by-case basis and, at our sole discretion, determine if your return is successful.

3.      Conditions for Returned Item

Customers who wish to request a refund must contact Good Herb within 3 days of delivery confirmation by writing us via email at sales@goodherb.uk. Below are conditions to enjoy a full refund benefit.

  • If you receive a damaged item ensure to mail the damage item with image / video proof to sales@goodherb.uk 3 days after delivery to be eligible for a refund or return.
  • The products must be returned in the same condition they were received in, with the packaging still attached. Items returned without the disposable seal will not be accepted.
  • Your refund request needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Products must be returned in their original condition with all box, packaging and documentation.
  • Customers are fully responsible for paying return shipment costs.
  • Returns that do not pass our quality checks will not be accepted. The package can be sent back to you at your expenses and the order amount will not be refunded.

If your refund does not meet the above criteria, please send a message to us. Tell us which of the conditions you have not met, and we will suggest a suitable alternative. If we receive your refund request in a situation that does not meet our refund criteria, we reserve the option not to provide a refund or return to you.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original payment method. You will receive the credit within 6-10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be notified via email of the status of your refund and any potential adjustments once we have processed and approved your refund request.

4.      Damage Issues

You are required to inspect your order upon receive confirmation and contact us immediately with a video or image proof if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive a wrong or damaged item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5.      Exceptions for non-returnable items

Please be reminded that, warranty replacements can only be applicable to your original order purchase.

6.      Exchanges is non-applicable

We currently do not offer Exchange for a damged or defective item. We strongly advice you to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item of your choice.

7.      Refund Payment Policy

Refunds on Good Herb are normally processed within 10 business days of reception. When the return is accepted and the refund process begins, you will be notified by email and your account will be updated. The time it takes to see and receive the refund depends on the payment method you chose when making your purchase:

  • Credit Card: once the return has been accepted and confirmed you will receive the refund within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to be transferred to your account depends on your credit card network.
  • Bank Transfer: once the return has been accepted and confirmed you will receive the refund within 10 business days.
