Warranty Conditions
Every Good Herb product that you buy directly from us is covered by a 12-month warranty for the item’s original owner only if you can provide proof of purchase. Furthermore, Good Herb products bought from approved third-party dealers are also covered by our 12-month warranty.
As much as we offer all of our customers extreme warranty, our warranty does not cover the following;
- Damage: dents, scratches, scuffs, stains, color changes, normal wear and tear, or other non-functional alterations to the product’s appearance that happen during regular handling and usage by any party and do not affect the product’s functionality.
- Replacement of any non-defective parts; We found that the damage was caused by deliberate misuse, alteration, tampering, and/or manipulation beyond what could be regarded as regular handling and use.
In the event of a warranty claim:
We will provide you with a refund according to your bank or credit card network. If you need a replacement, we strongly advice you place another separate order of the item again, and we will be sure to send you the correct order.
We have the right to reject a warranty claim and provide a refund at our own discretion.
